Thrivera Staffing Services Pvt. Ltd. (“Thrivera”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is committed to protecting personal information and to handling it responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect and disclose personal information when you interact with our website, mobile applications, web portals and services.

Our services may include staffing and workforce management, employee management, attendance, recruitment and onboarding, field-force management, HRMS workflows and related business services. This policy applies to employees, job applicants, candidates, client representatives, authorised users, website visitors and other individuals whose information we process.

At a glance

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • Location data is collected only where a feature requires it and the necessary permissions and lawful authorisations are in place — including background location for attendance and field-force features.
  • You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
  • For any privacy question or grievance, write to it@thrivera.in.

Information We Collect

1.1 Information you or an authorised organisation provide

Depending on the service, we may process names, employee or candidate IDs, contact details, addresses, employment and education history, resumes, job preferences, photographs, documents, attendance records, onboarding information and other information submitted through authorised workflows.

1.2 Employment and workforce information

We may process employee profiles, designations, departments, reporting relationships, work locations, attendance and leave records, check-in and check-out times, field visit records, work-related remarks, approvals, payroll-related information and statutory details where needed for the relevant service.

1.3 Location information, including background location

Where an application or service includes location-based attendance or field-force features, it may collect precise location information using GPS or similar technologies.

Background location

If the relevant feature is enabled and the required device permissions and lawful authorisations are in place, a mobile application may collect location information while the application is not visible on screen or is running in the background. Depending on the feature and device settings, collection may occur outside an active foreground session.

Location information may include latitude, longitude and timestamps. It may be used to verify attendance, record or validate assigned field visits, associate location with work activities, and support authorised workforce management and reporting.

1.4 Photographs and technical information

Where enabled, our services may process attendance selfies, work-related photographs, uploaded documents, device model, operating system, application version, IP address, login timestamps, diagnostic data and security logs.

How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information for legitimate, disclosed purposes, including:

We will not use personal information for purposes incompatible with those described here unless permitted by applicable law and supported by an appropriate legal basis.

Location Permissions and Background Tracking

Some workforce features may require location access, including background location access. Before enabling such access, the relevant application clearly explains what location information is collected, when it may be collected and why it is needed. Where required, appropriate consent or another lawful authorisation will be obtained.

Users can manage location permissions through their device settings. Disabling a required permission may prevent certain attendance or field-visit features from working. Actual collection depends on application functionality, permissions, device settings and operating-system restrictions.

Sharing and Disclosure

Thrivera does not sell personal information and does not share it with unrelated third parties for their own independent marketing or commercial purposes.

Where necessary to provide a service, relevant information may be made available to the employer, client or authorised administrators associated with that service, strictly for legitimate attendance, recruitment, employment administration and workforce management purposes.

We may engage service providers — such as hosting, communication, analytics and technical support partners — to process personal information on our behalf. These providers are bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations and may process information only on our documented instructions.

We may also disclose information where required by applicable law, a valid court order or a lawful request from a competent government authority.

Data Storage, Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, for applicable legal requirements and for legitimate employment or business recordkeeping. Retention periods may vary for location records, attendance records, photographs, employee information, recruitment documents and technical logs.

When information is no longer required, it will be deleted or anonymised in accordance with applicable law and relevant retention procedures, unless continued retention is legally required. Where records are maintained for an employer or client, contractual requirements and lawful instructions may also apply.

To request access, correction or deletion, contact it@thrivera.in. Some requests may need to be directed to the employer or client responsible for the relevant records. Requests may be subject to identity verification and lawful retention requirements.

Data Security

Thrivera uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards intended to protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss or misuse. No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We will respond to personal data breaches in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Cookies and Technical Logs

Our websites and web portals may use essential cookies or similar technologies for sessions, authentication and security. Technical logs may be used for troubleshooting, diagnostics, performance monitoring and security. Where we use analytics or other non-essential technologies, we disclose them and manage them in accordance with applicable requirements, including obtaining consent where required.

External Links and Integrations

Our services may link to external websites or connect with other systems. We do not control independent websites and encourage users to review their privacy policies before providing information to them. Where an integration processes personal information on our behalf, it is assessed and governed in accordance with applicable law.

Your Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may:

You may also have other rights under applicable data protection laws. To submit a request, contact it@thrivera.in. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity. If an employer or client controls the information, we may refer or coordinate the request with that organisation.

Children's Personal Information

Our services are primarily intended for workforce, recruitment and business use, and not for children. Any processing of children's personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, application functionality, data practices or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised policy with an updated date and provide additional notice or seek consent where required by law.
