ASHESH SHARMA
Founder & Managing Director
Ashesh is the Managing Director of Thrivera and is responsible for overall strategy and direction of the organization. He started the company with one employee and a small client mandate. Today, Thrivera has grown in size and stature and has thousands of employees and offices across the country. He also manages other group businesses including interior design and construction.
Ashesh holds a Bachelor’s degree from University of Delhi and is an active participant in various HR forums.
